It was a very nice stay! I highly recommend it to those who are looking for a place near Yale Med/Yale New Haven Hospital. It’s also at a walking distance to a lot of restaurants and city attractions. Katelin is a great host and the apartment has everything you’ll need for a long stay.

Lovely home, ideally located, comfy beds, nicely equipped kitchen and bath. One small quibble was the lighting in the living room....the dim little lights adjacent to the fireplace were intermittent and the light bulb lamp in the room was way too bright, it was just so glaring. (There was a tiny desk lamp on the desk but the batteries must have been dead, we couldn't get it to turn on). It didn't lend to the overall ambience of an otherwise delightful place if you wanted to relax after a day of activity.

This is a charming, updated, and well appointed spot, with many amenities, linens, kitchen supplies, and comfortable beds. We stayed while our house nearby was being renovated and it was the perfect home away from home. Highly recommend!

This apartment was exactly what I had in mind for a quick trip to New Haven--easy to get to from Union Station and a close walk to many of the places I wanted to visit! It was comfortable and clean, and Katelin was communicative and made me feel welcome.

This is one of the best air bnb’s we’ve stayed at. Really lovely location, walk to West Hartford center for shops and restaurants. Back porch looks out on beautiful Fernwood Park. Very quiet, peaceful street, great parking, nice neighbors. Excellent layout, spacious kitchen, perfect for 4 people with no crowding. A++++++

Katelin harika bir ev sahibi; tüm ihtiyaçlarımız konusunda öngörülüydü, çok net talimatlar sundu, dost canlısıydı ve çok tatlıydı. Evin konumundan ve temizliğinden çok memnun kaldık. İçeri girer girmez mis gibi kokuyordu. Mutfakta kahveden çaya ve ihtiyaç duyabileceğiniz tüm gereçlere her şey vardı; banyoda da öyle. Yaşadığımız tek sorun binada asansör olmamasından dolayı valizlerle iki kat merdiven çıkmak ve yatağın iki kişi için biraz küçük olmasıydı. Ancak konaklamamız evin temizliği, güzelliği, ince düşünülmüş detayları ve Katelin’in ev sahipliğiyle harika geçti. Herkese tavsiye ederiz.

Katelin’s place worked out perfectly. Great location. It is on a peaceful street, just blocks from a number of great restaurants and shops. The apartment was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Katelin was extremely responsive and friendly. We would definitely stay again if we are back in the area! Katelin was such a great host, checking in with me to make sure everything goes smoothly right before and start of my stay. She gave me clear and simple instructions with very friendly way. Her unit was cozy, comfortable, and had absolutely everything we needed. It quickly became like our home. Excellent location, walkable, safe, lots of amazing restaurants around, nothing was missing and we’d love to go back to her place if there’s another opportunity.
